** 40ft High Cube containers may not be available for
shipment to all ports and may be substituted by 40ft Standard Dry containers or
the best alternative, at the seller's option.
All-inclusive container shipping rates include:
- container stuffing (loading)
- trucking to Port of Vancouver
- ocean freight costs to destination port
- marine cargo insurance for 110% of invoice value
- documentation and courier charges
Rates do not include:
- destination container port charges (usually approx. US$200)
- container de-stuffing (unloading)
- inland drayage (trucking) to final destination (unless
specified)
- customs clearance charges
- import duties or taxes
- letter of credit (or other) bank charges
